By applying to book a course with Lincolnshire Photo Training you are agreeing to the following booking terms and conditions:

1. Alll bookings will be regarded as provisional until the full course fee has been paid. Provisional bookings cannot be guaranteed and will not be held at all when the course is full.
2. Payment must be made with booking via the website. If you require an alternative payment method (cash, cheque, credit or debit card) please request details via email or telephone.
3. All payments must be made in pounds sterling.
4. All course fees include course notes, other course materials and attendance certificates. Refreshments are provided only where specified in the course description.
5. Accepted applications will be acknowledged upon booking, joining instructions will be sent out prior to the start of the course, this may not be immediately after booking is made.
6. There will be no refund on course cancellations received within 28 days of the course start date unless Lincolnshire Photography Training can re-book the place.
7. If the place can be re-booked you will receive a refund equal to the original course fee less a 25% administration charge.
8. Cancellations received within 7 days of the course date will receive no refund.
9. Cancellations must be in writing or by email to the address on the booking form.
10. Substitutions are acceptable at no additional cost and must be made in writing or by email to the address on the booking form.
11. If you fail to attend the course on which you are booked, without prior notice as above, the course fee will remain payable and no refund will be allowed.
12. Lincolnshire Photo Training will make every reasonable effort to accommodate special requirements that have been notified in writing in advance.
13. Lincolnshire Photo Training reserves the right to make appropriate or necessary changes to the course timetable and content.
14. A course may be cancelled due to circumstances beyond its control and liability shall be limited to the refund of fees paid in this instance.
15. All intellectual property rights in material supplied on courses and images used on courses are subject to copyright and any unauthorised duplication or transmission, in whole or in part is strictly prohibited.
16. Courses are not to be recorded in any way in whole or in part without the prior written consent of Lincolnshire Photo Training.
17. Lincolnshire Photo Training expects all delegates to behave in a reasonable manner and adhere to rules and regulations as set out by the Tutor and venue when attending courses.
18. Lincolnshire Photo Training reserves the right to exclude delegates or abandon the course in the event of un-reasonable, disruptive, abusive or threatening behavior by an individual or group of delegates, in the opinion of the Tutor or venue. In such an event, no refund will be payable to the excluded delegate(s).
